Complimentary Initial Discussions / Telecons

We would be happy to engage with you with for a maximum of 2~4 hours of support/ assistance (1~2 virtual meetings / teleconferences) on a ‘no commitment’ basis, to understand your situation, provide preliminary comments and assess the possibility of working together.

For all new projects undertaken for existing clients, the complimentary support is extended on an automatic basis. If you are a new client, request for complimentary initial engagement can be submitted by using our enquiry form.

We typically take into consideration the following factors before deciding on accepting a request for initial discussion on complimentary basis:

a) Client profile

b) Nature of Issues involved

c) Internal bandwidth

 

PRO-BONO ASSISTANCE

If you are an NGO / Social business, we could consider extending pro bono advisory assistance for the FIRST YEAR of operations. All compliance assistance as well as statutory charges, levies, and third party costs and expenses would however be chargeable. Pro Bono assistance are considered purely on the basis of availability of internal bandwidth and upon evaluation of the nature of your operations.

For subsequent years after the initial year, we would be happy to support at special rates. You would also be free to choose another service provider even after availing the first years’ complimentary assistance.
